...happened exactly 23 years ago on a Friday morning.

The above image was taken minutes after the 1998 bomb blast by a worker at the nearby Times Tower which was still under construction.



May the souls of the departed eternally rest in peace as the masterminds rot in hell.

On that day I was playing near home, somewhere in leafy suburbs. We heard the blast and as the kipii i was ran towards the sound. Kumbe ilikuwa tu taoh. Nkt.

Pole bro, hata mie mum alikuwa hapo to Telkom, same scenario, glass ndio iliwaingia kwenye uso na macho kiasi.
Hiyo ndio ilikuwa route from school heading to railways kupanda nganya.
