But in all fairness governments have procedures for check out for senior officials, even senior judges can't just leave without informing the CJ. all the time ruto has been allowed to leave jana tu ndo issue, a whole dp couldn't phone his boss for 3 straight hrs? Hapo ndo iissue iko, last wk tu he was in zanzibar then questioned were raised why tag only kalenjin mps, ya uganda no ame tag a few mt kenya mps.

this here was just courting attention at all cost..

i doubt there is such a policy in place, the MPs who travelled yesterday asked the speaker and they were told, there is nothing like that

Governments do not always tell their citizens everything they know about certain situations. This is deliberate because letting out some of the information would be detrimental to the wellbeing of the whole nation.
We can speculate all we want but we will never know what the government knows.

can't speculate, 'coz it's open, I could speculate it was ruto courting attention, another reason it could be uhuru personally frustrating ruto, another it could have been itimbi idea, another maybe ni rao alikazia, another could be the plane could have mechanical issues but they failed to disclose to the public. another maybe ruto aliitwa meeting kwa zoom hapo airport which delayed his flight time, another maybe mseveni aliambia ruto ategee Kwanzaa but masaa zikaisha,maybe even ruto alikuwa anatega mpango waendanishe, dame hakutokea
