As an individual, you can do nadda as far as provision of public amenities and services is concerned. Take his rant on NHIF for example. the ranting aside, the CBC is just the old 8-4-4, class 4 or rather grade 4 they have re-introduced, music, art and craft, agriculture, home science, P.E it looks just like the original 8-4-4, I dont thin its a class issue, they will very soon revert to the national exams at class 6 and class 9 not much difference.
