Subaru guy was a dangerous criminal

siku hizi journalism ni upuss, you don't even have to go to school to become 1. Just start something stupid like cracking a few lame/dry jokes with a tribal ascent and u are in.

Furthermore can the scribes point out his exact business, address etc that made them conclude that he is indeed a businessman......
I don't know if they can - though the report says he was on way to sell a car - but I only wanted to point out that qualified journalists play safe so as not to fall afoul of libel and defamation laws.

This is one area our judiciary keeps getting it wrong and letting us down.
Kenyan judiciary does not take Failure to Appear (absconding bail) as the serious criminal offence it is.

In the event of non-appearance, the Prosecution should apply for “Warrant without Bail”. This means that once the Offender is located and arrested by Police, he will be held in Custody till his trial.

There is no possible situation in law where one can absconding several bails with impunity.
