THE DCI needs to send a hard-core team of investigators to sweep all the villages that are served by the school. Systematically interrogate and cross-check, and then arrest every single parent that participated in this horrible act. Funga wote and take the kids away. They should not be brought up by beasts.

There is no justification whatsoever to take a human life....or even stand by and watch it slip away as you take a video- this happens a lot in road traffic accident scenes.
