Seems like the formwork caved in ...... seems like the contractor was out to cut cost but it wasn't his day.

Steel scaffolding should be cheaper than wood, but only if the government stops overtaxing steel imports. We are still stuck doing things the way they were done 100 years ago just to protect the interests of already overly rich people.
