How is it that Judges have time to listen and expedite these politically leaning cases but have no time for other important criminal, corruption and property cases which are in backlog for decades.

I have heard of someone claiming his insurance money from a lawyer for twelve years and the case keeps being adjourned. The Judge’s calendar and diary is always full yet he is always available for Constitutional Cases!
Meanwhile Jowie, Obado, Waititu, Babu Owino are enjoying their nice and quite lives because Judges are too occupied with very important cases.

Sweetie, this is the 100 million question rational people keep asking. Omtata goes to court in the morning and gets an injunction the same day. Within a month ako na judgement.

Meanwhile, your land case drags on for 16 years!
