There is a certain narrative that starddles this country and this village like a collosus. The narrative claims that any individual of voting age from the Mt. kenya region voted and votes to send TMT home in all the elections since Kibaki beat Kanywaji One way back...at the most basic level,it shows how archaic politics of elections are in Kenya

Many years ago when I did my internship in Eldoret I was told a story about why the town was so expensive. It was that Wakale when they had received a cheque from Cereals they would buy a suit for 2k. Akirudi home the friend asks where Mkale 1 bought the suit and for how much and Mkale 1 boastfully tells him and says for 3k. Mkale 2 akifika kwa duka sees the same suit akiuliza bei anaambiwa 2k anauliza huna ile ya 3k? The shopkeeper produces the same suit that is still in the package anauza 3k.
 
When I said Uhuru is brain dead and the chief chicken seller was the brain behind Jubilee niliambiwa I didn't know what I was talking about.

Ruto made Uhuru not the other way round. Now the big baby is being whitewashed by someone who is basically powerless. At least Raila can win in his backyard. How do you lose in two by-elections in your so called backyard to candidates from relatively new parties?
