Hii kitu iwe huru bwana. Mami nataka ya kuuzia uncle Sam wanakiji waomoke. @Mwalimu-G atatufutia shamba, alafu @Eng'iti atuletee mbegu ... @Mongrel ...
Malawi walikubalia last year ni wakulima wangapi waliendea license? The illegal growers continue doing it the old way and selling it to Al Shabab through ISIS in Northern Mozambique for export to Kenya. It is chemical warfare the way British tried with China.

Weed cookies anyone?
What these things showed me...weh!

Nilikuwa nimetengenezewa chocolate chip kwanza by some lovely babe. I had never tried them before but juu ya covid nikaamua kupea lungs break.

Nikameza ya kwanza, nothing. Ya pili, nothing. Third, fourth, fifth, nothing. Three hours later I just had slight buzz. Nothing to write home about so I went to bed.

Wueh wacha ziniamshe a few hours later. Each rush hit like a wave in my brain one after the other and there was nothing I could do.

Nilikuwa naskia kama mlevi. Couldn't even speak well. I swore never to touch them again once I recovered fully a week later.

Part of that distribution network is illegal. When you criminalize any part of the supply chain, especially for a lucrative product, you're inviting organized crime and terrorists to profit from it. Those criminals don't even have to engage in trafficking itself, they extort traffickers because they know them. The government is then forced to divert resources towards "eradicating supply of phangi". Why not decriminalize the whole supply chain (production, distribution, sale and consumption)?
