Kulala kwa Jam

yep, patia cops ka simu, anapiga picha, uploads the evidence na no. plate, KRA/court inakutumia bill ya fine. Badi has been able to tie no. plates to the vehicle owners, cops should be able to do the same
This never worked with alcoblow. Drunk drivers found their particulars in print media kwa list murefu murefu sana. I don't believe they honoured those summons. Kenyans like it the hard way. Either you go into your pockets to buy new windscreens or you line up at KRA to get new plates. You should've seen the state of Nairobi city at 2am. No people! Watu ni waoga.

Just one weekend akina @Pamba 1 wafanye mambo. It will make headlines, get to every corner of EA, protests hapa na pale, but most importantly overlappers watatii.

Or traffic cops be given special rungus za kupasua windscreens. They just wait until kumeshikana then when everyone is completely demobilised waanze kugonga zote ziko wrong lane. Remember when akina @Meria attempted to block roads using turelas during a protest? Cops walianza kung'oa number plates wakafungua faster faster.
In Kisii town I used to see them with 2 foot spikes. Matatu ikioverlap inawekewa spikes chini ya miguu inabaki hapo haiwezi songa.

Tuko hapa mombasa rd. @Meria na wenzake wanasababisha jam

Shida ya Kenya ni tunapenda quick results, microwave! Usikimbize mtu ako na deni ya fines, atajileta tu, car insuarance, DL renewal, uza nunua gari/shamba......, professional registration, business licence, passport application, government job/tender....... lipa fine before upate any government service. But maybe hapo ndio huduma no. inatupeleka

The rule of law is the cornerstone of every progressive society. Advocating breaking the law to reign in law breakers is beyond me.

Wadau we've been on standstill the last three hours hapa Lari market. Imagine the freakin overlapping caused by two accidents! The last thing you should lose is hope but hapa tumekubali kulala.
In well organized societie , when an accident occurs, or an inexplicable jam, the cops are the first to arrive to redirect traffic!
In Kenya the cops looks around helplessly as motorists do a free for all because the road is blocked!
