Going with your argument, the people who still live in government houses in mbotela and Maringo are better off than those who opted to purchase land and build in far east areas of saika, mowlem, njiru, ruai joska and Kamulu?
There are a number of assumptions that I have to make while answering this question. I will assume person A and B are perfectly OK living in Mbotela. Assume persona A buys a plot in Joska and builds a house worth 5m and moves in. Person B remains at Mbotela and invests 3m in government bonds and 2m in the stock exchange. Who will be ahead in 10 years?
