a commision of inquiry is being formed to find out how the river can be cleaned in 3 months and after they table their report a task force will be formed to clean up the said river
 
I gave up on this government kitambo. They cannot get anything done to fruition. Just few loud PR stunts for the media then its business as usual. What happened to demolition of illegal structures on riparian and road reserves, BRT, affordable housing, hujuma number, dams, stadia, SGR ..... Just loud farts all over and move on as soon they have pocketed their 10% cut to the next looting opportunity
