We cannot rule out infection before or after vaccination. He was most likely sick before he went for vaccination. Or perhaps he was infected afterward. There is no way the vaccine components can transform into a full virus.

Kama hamuwezi kuwa na a working marriage mnaachana tu kiroho safi. Why would you sit for the sake of ur kids then get killed a few months later? Afadhali muwachane, then be there for them. At my age if my parents were divorced (that God we had one functional family) i would understand.
