Mimi kama mkulima mdogo nafikiria kuzama kwa ii maneno ya Crypto, am currently following Dogecoin with the intention of starting small small kurusha 1000 kwanza alfu tuendele.

To the gurus what's your advice to a novice like me on how to go about purchasing crypto coins. Pia ukiweza sema coins zingine worth purchasing. Sande sana.

Are you investing or speculating?? Ukijibu hilo swali naweza kusaidia.

Investing is for those who understand the underlying technology of a project, and they are willing to back that conviction with funds over a long time that spans a few years.

A speculator doesn't care about the technology and his goal is profiting from price movement only.

Which one are you????

Ati dogecoin. Hehe.

Dogecoin is what you refer to as a meme coin. It has no development team actively developing the underlying coin. It is a dead coin but has remained alive due to its low fees which enables quick transactions. So speculating on dogecoin would be very poor.

I am involved in many facets of cryptocurrency and I have my favorites. I recommend researching DeFi protocols, Proof of Brain concepts and if you want to start trading I recommend spot trading. Avoid leveraging or else you will get liquidated.

Wewe cheka tu dodge coin. It has moved up in the last 2 days to number 5. Dodge coin is as useless as Bitcoin but see where both of them are.
Right now the market doesn’t care. I must say I did fomo in on dodge coin today and in one exchange made 100 and another came out even.

Kama ni investor follow the advice given by @Denis Young . I am a professional trader. I don't really care about fundamentals because my goal is to profit from price volatility. If you want to become a professional trader, it will take you YEARS of learning and experience. You must be good at basic math and probabilities especially in understanding the law of large numbers. You must also understand how a casino makes money because that's exactly how you are going to make money.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that trading is easy because every idiot with money is sitting on profits right now in a heated bull market. They give it all back, ALWAYS. Only professional traders keep what they make from markets. I know a lot of people who made a killing in 2017 and gave it all back in 2018 because they mistook luck for expertise.
