No wonder these creatures are always eating my chicken feed at 2AM !
 
This is how people fall into bad investments. Right now supply is low hence the more than generous prices. Once every other wannabe farmer jumps in the prices will drop like a stone because the demand is not big enought to absorb the supply.

I would rather plant avocado trees which don't require massive tending once they mature and there will always be a ready market even to export the said fruits.

It is a very lucrative business. One of Raila"s daughter cornered the snail business in Kenya for a while.
Nigeria is her largest market where dried snail is a delicacy.
