It's with deep sorrow that most of the people in exterior parts of Turkana are lacking water and therefore it has resulted to more crisis.

Places Like Kibish, Lokore they have been complaining for severe drought and shortage of water and to make matter worse also in Kibish many residents have no flocks or there animals after being raided and there are dying without no one to represent them.

I urge the County Government and National government to take measures on this.
