THE FACT IS that there's a problem of corruption with IPPs and the price they sell power to Kenya Power. It is a problem of great corruption that started during Moi's time. that it has continued through the Kibaki and Uhuru administrations is a powerful example of state capture.

But NO powerful individuals buy power from KenGen for onward sale to kenya Power. Anybody who says this needs their head examined at Mathari - this is the kind of bullshit I am saying makes me wonder whether it was worthwhile selling cows to try give some bonobos an education.

Didnt you ask to be given examples of uhurus incompetence, ncba is a profit making entity and should be taxed like every other business. Your argument is the same as arguing why they are on the case of one company not paying taxes while giving exemptions to uhurus businesses...how does that mathematics work? Do the ICDs in naivasha, uhurus land pay taxes?

What we're importing from UG is reconstituted milk from powder imported from europe, china and ord knows where else, countries which I'm fairly certain do not belong to the EAC.

Again, you keep forgetting and loosing the point, the man has failed to tackle corruption, even the one he can control within his friendship circles and family, as a leader ncba should have been at the forefront in paying taxes, you dont have to keep apologising for them...you are not at the same level as ncba that you compare your tax break and that of ncba

Let me make this easy for you? Let's assume NCBA got a tax break from KRA. Do other companies also get the same? Was the bank the first one to get the break? Was any law broken?

You see, you don't have the facts. All you are bringing here is muguka-base crap. If KRA broke the law tell us which one.
