If you hit rumble strips at 100km/h and your vehicle doesn't drop anything your car is awesome.
Moral of the story is, rumble strips don't slow down traffic

I hope they also place ample warning signs and even gentle pre-bump rumble strips. That concrete road is loved by drunkards going between Ngong Rd. and the many mchele joints of Lang'ata.
