Can someone confirm this.

We already know that 90% of BBI are basic ammendments that don't require a referendum.

Apparently, once the BBI passes the county goverments and I am assuming parliament and senate, that 90% will have passed. Yaani, the constitution will stand ammended even before we arrive at the referendum to pass the other 10%.

He is alluding to the per capita threshold in revenue allocation for counties, how educated people are even supporting such an intentionally marginalistic amendment is beyond me, that proposal was literally plucked from the air and planted in the amendment

Also the false justification for more constituencies in Central Kenya, when it becomes convenient anti-Kikuyu propaganda will be dusted off and re-launched with fresh material, the same people cheering for BBI will be in the crowd baying for blood or nowhere to be seen
