A middle aged man arrested in Kutus, Kirinyaga County after he was busted taking pictures of women while they are bathing.
Residents say that the man was seen positioning himself at a window near one of the single rooms apartments with his phone ready for action.
They also added that he has been doing it for a while seeing that he had pictures of women from that area in different bathrooms on his phone.
It is not yet clear what the motive of the man was.
