A newly employed government officer stays without a salary for a period between 3-6 months during normal times and it's common knowledge.Happy new year meria.
Lakini hapo kwa the nation, how can they put the doctor who died with no insurance or salary for several months pamoja na scumbag mutahi kagwe who never missed a salary in the same list?
Is it gavament protocol?A newly employed government officer stays without a salary for a period between 3-6 months during normal times and it's common knowledge.
It isn't protocol just necessity, since it takes time to issue you with a personnel number, while the HR department confirms your submitted credentials. Is it gavament protocol?
That is what takes six months? Isnt it a sign of bigger problems if such a simple and straight forward task takes that longIt isn't protocol just necessity, since it takes time to issue you with a personnel number, while the HR department confirms your submitted credentials.
Mutahi Kagwe was NOT a heroHappy new year meria.
Lakini hapo kwa the nation, how can they put the doctor who died with no insurance or salary for several months pamoja na scumbag mutahi kagwe who never missed a salary in the same list?
How long would you take? That is what takes six months? Isnt it a sign of bigger problems if such a simple and straight forward task takes that long
A month, maximumHow long would you take?
Hehehe, unapenda kujichocha sana. Due diligence is very important, unless you want a quack to be confirmed in any MDA.A month, maximum
I thought we are talking about someone who has already gone through the interview process, been confirmed and has been offered a job? Ama what other due diligence is there to be done?Hehehe, unapenda kujichocha sana. Due diligence is very important, unless you want a quack to be confirmed in any MDA.
You got it all warped, the correct procedure is that you are offered a job and then confirmed later, this shows you know zilch about what you think you can do in a month.I thought we are talking about someone who has already gone through the interview process, been confirmed and has been offered a job? Ama what other due diligence is there to be done?
So let me get this straight, the doctors who have not yet been paid like the one above was working but had not been confirmed yet? What happens when you work for that long and they dont confirm you?You got it all warped, the correct procedure is that you are offered a job and then confirmed later, this shows you know zilch about what you think you can do in a month.
You are right. So let me get this straight, the doctors who have not yet been paid like the one above was working but had not been confirmed yet? What happens when you work for that long and they dont confirm you?
Normally what I know is that there is a probation period of about three to six months during which one is entitled a salary whether they confirm you or not.
I have heard this thing of 3-6 months from my Dad as well. The question is, in over 30-40 years they have never bothered to streamline that process ama shida iko wapi? Are they still using quills and ink?You are right.
And you think this is very normal? Do Ministers face the same challenge? It isn't protocol just necessity, since it takes time to issue you with a personnel number, while the HR department confirms your submitted credentials.
Go bring me an article within the Labour Act that supports the nonsense your spewing here. Probation period after you have been hired is not 'industrial attachment' and just because that is what has been going on it doesn't mean it's the right thing. Just lethargy and pure incompetence. You got it all warped, the correct procedure is that you are offered a job and then confirmed later, this shows you know zilch about what you think you can do in a month.
It is very normal, I think,3 or 4 years ago some D- trainees were arraigned in court after it was found that they had used fake certificates. And you think this is very normal? Do Ministers face the same challenge?
