A 15-year-old girl who was reported missing a week ago from her parents home in Kagio, Kirinyaga County, has been rescued by DCI officers in Ruiru

Her distraught parents had received a shocking text message from her, that she would be in a holiday camp for a month.

The school going child had been harboured by one Peter Wanjohi, a 20-year-old Kenyatta University student at his house in Gitambaya, Kiambu County. Both have since been handed over to the reporting station in Kagio, for further Police action.

They still need her testimony. She can simply say she did not have any sex with the boyfriend. Are they going to torture her to say they did?

Well assuming that she hadn't taken a shower before the arrest, yes. I have seen guys going Scot-free due to lack of physical and testimonial evidence, the hymen is broken but no evidence of semen/ vaginal tearing.
 
Time is ripe for a Mature conversation about the age of consent.
A d especially the double standards applied when the woman is the offender.
Most boys from my generation lost their innocence to old mboches tukiwa 12 and 13 years old and nobody said anything.
And we're told that girls mature faster than boys na this 15 year old consented and Even lied to her parents ndiyo aende akulwe by a 20 year old and now the boy's life will be ruined and the girl's won't?!!..

This is feminism and political correctness gone bonkers.

Allow me to draw your attention to some animal commonly known as circumstantial evidence. In many criminal proceedings, the fact that you were the last person with a victim or were with the victim at some juncture is enough to convict of damage/harm done to them if no contrary evidence can be adduced.
Even as the prima facie evidence stands of now, other criminal offences are jumping off the shelves against boyshaod: kidnap and illegal detention are top contenders. In Kenya there are known as counts....

Do bear in mind as well that we are in the 21st century. Forensic science has made advances by leaps and bounds. What you have heard is not close to the truth. Kenya’s forensic capability is very very advanced. I have heard of people picked and pointed out weeks after the act. Forensic is not all about semen. A lot of it is on transference of foreign objects around eg hair and clothes material.

There are thousands doing time for thinking that they can rely on that defence.
It’s impossible to beat the system on your own. Worse when one thinks they can commit crime and argue on accuracies or inaccuracies of forensics.
Furthermore one doesn’t get convicted solely on forensic evidence.
There are other prerequisites that must be met. eg eye witnesses.

This actually clears the air on your ever evasive sexual gender. But pray, how do you punish your minor for the crimes of a responsible male perpetrator? One of the fundamental law of natural justice state that the penetrator only has to suffer consequences of a crime.

It might have escaped you that some of us are congregants of @Liberty and don’t subscribe to abortion and other unholy methods of birth control.
Lastly, only the Courts can dispense justice having had careful regard to the due process. Not kangaroo courts as your good self.

See, I don't believe that a 20-yr old male has superior mental capacity to a 15-yr old female. Both are kids. Just because he made a decision using his small head shouldn't be used to ruin his life. A jail term for him is irreversible damage to his life. On the other hand, a week's fuck to the girl doesn't necessarily damage her future permanently.

And I wouldn't say abortion of a week's foetues is unholy birth control. Its like deworming.
