  6. Halafu inalalia mayai Inapata chicks. Mwewe inabeba kadhaa but nyingi zinasurvive. Repeat cycle mpaka in 6-9 months, uko na kuku kadhaa kwa compound.

You should now the prescribed sentence for capital offenses is to suffer death which is not very much defined in the constitution. In kamene's case the presiding judge agreed with the previous verdict passed by lessit. If I were this kunguru natafuta course moja kama ya psychology, sociology or law nafanya na kudhimisha nidhamu after 5 years i appeal through power of mercy.

Thanks, was just wondering why the judiciary is so rigid that they cannot align themselves to the constitution or when they do its conveniently for their 'well connected friends'.
 
Her case was largely publicized. That's the problem. I have a friend who committed murder about ten years ago, same thing, alidunga girlfriend na kisu. The guy is already a free man right now. Since his case was not so public, and nobody followed up except the judges etc, his lawyer managed to reduce the charge to manslaughter. I think for these major offenses, it is a lot better if the case isn't publicized.

It means he chose plea bargaining way or malice a forethought was not established to warrant that charge ama the prosecution walionwa kando.
