Imperial presidency is a big No
 
Why should we invest 12 billion on a document meant basically to reward a few by taking us back to kanu error that we fought hard to leave? If Ruto wins the all powerful presidency under bbi, wont they come back telling us we need change as the president is too strong? Hii upuss tunaiangusha asubuhi saa mbili

I know but if the thug and the drunk had done a good job in the first 5 years, it would've been easy to raise this as a motion...Mboya led to the creation of 7 additional VPs
