Quitting Alcohol

I solely and equally blame the devil’s drink.
I cant keep my legs together after a generous drink. My resistance after 2 or 3 pints is futile, my Sister.

Mister,
I live by the Bible edict of “freely you have been given, freely give”. Do not also forget that “it is more blessed to give than to receive”.
I never forget my catechism lessons.
Do bear in mind @its me Scumbug, I have a day job that pays well.

Finally i wanna quit, sitaki kunywa pombe tena kwa maisha yangu. Yesterday night after a long drinking day niliwaza na kuwazua and i couldn't find anything good/constructive pombe imenisaidia nayo only regrets and kuwaste pesa.
Najua kuna wenye wamequit successfully what did you do?

Problem Drinking

1. You need to educate yourself about the problem.

2. The best information you can get about the problem is in a book called ALCHOLICS ANONYMOUS "The big book"

Alcoholics Anonymous: The Story of How More Than One Hundred Men Have Recovered from Alcoholism is a 1939 basic text, describing how to recover from alcoholism. Wikipedia

You get to understand why some people can drink and others shouldn't.

You can get the book at 700/= from any of the AA chapter meetings in NBI. there are AA meetings twice daily in NBI and many other places.
Meeting attendance is free but members contribute for tea/coffee drunk during meetings

Or you can go to Dr Frank Njengas red hill alcohol rehabilitation center and pay 80k per week.

More than a 100 men since 1939...have recovered. How effective are the teachings of this book?

Ambiguity at its best.

Apparently I though that monetising nunu is a stand alone act. Apparently I was wrong. I did not know that a monetised nunu and a well paying job are mutually exclusive. Pardon my ignorance...

I got a question: Are the ten commandments part of bible edicts?

@It's Me Scumbag, climb down your high horse, will you please? And a verse for you to ponder for the day “let he who has done no sin be the first to cast a stone”.
Another thing, Sir, hawking sexis not a great business proposal. Unless of course you are lucky to meet a “reach husband”.
