Mr mburu the owner of metro all I can tell him is pride comes before a fall. I worked for him, he was arrogant as ferk. He would call us for meeting and if you could suggest any idea to improve the business and well being of the employees, he would tell you to go and start your own company.
He would always have fresh drivers since he was underpaying and in case of goods get damaged and insurance was covering he would still charge the drivers.
