Inaitwa marketing 101. Nothing personal. In brief unafanyaga hivi kwa marketing:
1. Identify a market segment that you would like to serve better than the competition.
2. Develop strategies of meeting those needs.
3. Perform your own SWOT analysis. Do the same for competitors.
4. Exploit your competitors weaknesses while amplifying your strengths.
5. Create a brand and live happily ever after.
(I have forgotten a lot of stuff in marketing, it's a very interesting topic)
Kuchomeana picha is part and parcel of human relationships. You and I might not want to use it but we must learn to live with it. You must understand it to counter it.

I schooled with some fellas from there. Every sentence we spoke had to be punctuated properly. The most common punctuation symbols used to be Kang'ura, ni utuuri, thīi ugaci***, ngengere, gukama. One day we went to Mangu on a school bus and met the wrath of the villagers!
