yes, it is.
the difference is we don't have the same position to steal the amounts they are stealing.
and that is why after every election we will be happy that we have chased all the previous crooks and replaced them with fresh "non-crooks" only to cry some few months down the road that they are the same.

Not true. That is a fatalistic way of looking at issues. If there are no thieves in government, it means the systems that exist work and people are able to meet their basic needs and extras if they do decide to. This therefore means that citizens will not entertain any different.
If you talk to a swede and share such backward sentiments they'll confirm that you are just a primate a step above a primate in the virunga forest

and the sad thing is after each election, my narrative or the OPs message will always remain the same not only in Kenya but the rest of Africa.
and the issues about being a primate, i personally see a very small difference between the Human species from the primates in the forests.
