The contractor who supplied the generator did everything. They have reliable agents because they import continuously.

I don't believe that Ksh. 1500 is enough for packaging documenting, dispatching and transporting an item that far. It must be F.O.B Mumbai, which means you'll pay everything after it's at tge destination. What us the customs value of the item?
