@Da Vinci this is the kind of impunity I was voting against. am sure he was hiding waiting for the ruto to be declared winner then no arrests will ever be done. Police have the right to arrest you, interrogate you then release or present you to court depending on evidence or state of investigation if they've probable reason. au vipi @Clemens ?

Kwa ufupi, both sides are filled with similarly despicable thugs. Individualities and personalities were not top most of the qualifying attributes that I was yearning for in my interrogation of the people to vote for. Because I know all too well that nobody qualifies, hata kidogo. Hata Margaret Kenyatta might look innocent outwardly but ukimchunguza labda she ain't nice.

What I was looking for is different. I wanted people who would ensure the best and conducive environment for businesses, watu wa kupunguza Mzigo wa maisha na pia a mwananchi friendly government, a government that is not as aloof towards us as the government akina Matiang'i, Maghoha and Munya served.

Now this is only possible because the IG, DCI and DPP refuse to move on to the new dispensation under Katiba 2010, the President has zero power to direct or order the police to arrest anyone, the President has no power over investigations or prosecution, they enjoy as much independence as the Judiciary which has done most of the heavy-lifting in bringing the constitution to life.

What we need is for holders of these offices to grow a spine and serve Kenyans as the constitution requires them to.

They do, but in Kenya we have anticipatory bails.
