They have discovered antibodies clones that are highly effective in neutralizing Covid 19 virus in cells. He says its the same strategy that they used to treat Ebola.
They will test people for antibodies in their blood from which they can know who already has had covid 19 but was able to fight it. This group once identified will be presumed immune and safe to return to work. This group will be the first to restore economies. Remember mzito Trump (cc @Nattydread ) saying that by Easter he wants some people to go back to work?
The other group who will be tested and discovered not safe to go to work will be isolated to control the epidemic. They know the protein sequence that needs to be manufactured and produce drugs for them.
