Women are enemies to other women???

Caution, I'm not objectifying or blaming women. It's pattern recognition from my experience. That's all.

As a black woman, an African woman, a Kenyan woman, who wants as born in all the chaos and the drama that revolves around African homes, I must admit women are truly enemies of other women.

We are going through a revolution, where women are taught to leave behind the misogynistic ways set by the patriarchal society. Women are getting jobs, catering for themselves, having goals that revolve around a man, family or society. Doing things just because we can. Then, boom! The women of the village are suddenly saying you are becoming bigheaded. Suddenly, you are getting labelled as a whore for putting on lipgloss and a little lip liner. Aunties are telling their children not to hangout with you because you speak back to elders. Same elders that make it hard to he around.

Aunties are saying you are getting old and you should get married before it's too late because, who will marry an old woman? You say you don't want kids, and suddenly you are getting lectured on how you need children to hold your hand when you are old, I don't know... You need someone to help you in the house and farms!!! First of all, those are children and not servants. Secondly, I'll use money to get the services that the children are " meant to provide".

Scenario, my 5 year old chubby baby sister. After I bathe her, dress her up in a cute shirt with Sofia the first on the front and pink trousers to match. " Go play mama" I say. Then she comes back. " Mbona umerudi baby?" I ask. " Aunty said I should wear a dress" I ask aunty why. She's going to play. How do you play in a dress? " Unajua her ass is showing and it'll attract men" 💀 the audacity . Tell me humble reader, don't you think it's this woman who is sexualizing a child's body. Same aunty, who keeps telling me to cover my chest because uncle had come. Mind you, I'm wearing a long sleeve shirt with a hijab on my head. At this point, aunty is just saying I should chop off my breast. Like how they hot iron girls chest in Namibia!! Why don't we tell them niggad to lower their gaze? Why can't we teach our sons not to pervet women and young girls !

Aunty, what do you mean your daughter drank an energy drink, and now you are saying ameanza kuwa malaya and she's drinking alcohol? Why would aunty lecture me on why it's good to work in my home City because I'm a woman and I should be near because that way " sitaharibika" , while my male family members are at every corner of the world?

Ps: these are petty, I have more than enough to prove that women are enemies of other women!!!
