Why kenyalist has failed to click despite the rebrand!

Hello bretheren... Sons and daughters of the moon, i hope this message finds you well and as you usher in the festive season you and your loved ones are faring on well. In chinua achebes wise words, when men gather around the elders compound to have a drink and talk, its not that they cant see the moon from their compounds but its because its good to do so. (something along those words).

While i love sojourning in the interwebs i love leaving a mark a positive one wherever i go, thats why i retain my trademark name from klist to tagged, twitter to quora, fb to insta, except nipate and wazua coz those fuckers blocked me. Ever since i was baptized by fire by mr wanderi i have learnt the ropes of the trade, growing a thick skin, developing a fan base and critics in equal measure. I have said some outright and stupid shit but at the same time my equally balanced advice has helped others. Over the years i have made great personal friends that are too many to name, but one question lingers WHY IS THE REVAMPED KLIST STILL NOT GETTING IT RIGHT????


Here is my considered view
1. You cant police morality! Thats why as hard as it may seem safisha mecho, brothel pics etc have to be allowed atleast in the initial stages... Its the hook and line for bonobos. In mitigation you could create a dedicated dark room for that shit.
2. Your choice of idi amin or mods greatly impacts the content generated!! Some of us have bitter experiences in the past with the kind of staff you have elected to deploy, from accessing personal messages to dictatorship and arbitrary detention to taking sides in debates!!! mods and idi amin should be blind and unless violence, crime and personal damage is threatened they have no biz in discussions and should they choose to participate then they should drop the other hat!
3. Rights over content, while any forum thrives on the user generated content, at any no time should i beg to edit, modify or delete whatever i contributed regardless of what it does to your google index or adsense!!! For instance i can post a thread when am high as a kite and include personal info and pics! When why would i need someones permission to delete that what i posted???? Might as well sit on it!!!
4.priviledges!!! Any sure way to kill a forum is to have sacred cows! It doesn't matter how long we have known each other, if i do stupid shit treat me as you would to a newbie who joined several minutes ago!!
Ranking should be earned not dished out.

5. Finally give back to the society usikule adsense pekee yako be charitable.... Am tired typing nimerewo... Looking foward to a prosperous klist part 2

Safisha mesho ikue free to view. Mods Should stop editing and deleting for the sake that they don't agree with my point ati Ni policy ya site. At least let listers report a thread before deleting. Hapa opinions za listers zime finywa Ni Kama Sadaam ndio Tikteka hapa. Upus As far as I know this is personal website owned by 2 people not an open forum to exchange opinions, ideas and debates.
 
One problem I have is the place is too strict! Juzi someone posts about thugs been killed, I ask kindly for the Fb group link and my comment is deleted for apparently being off topic.

You need engagement and you're deleting threads for useless reasons perhaps even bias. Anyway perhaps the owner is okay with the site the way it is, it's his/her creation, do as you please!(n)
