Who's on the wrong?

This situation can only be answered by drivers. If tiu do not drive, you may not get it. I saw many warriors on Twitter arguing how the driver was on the wrong, failing to understand simple road basics.
Someone even went as far as accusing the driver of premeditating the whole situation.

The driver was in the official road (as much as that still exists in the construction chaos).

The boda was not 'merging' from an official road. He popped out from between the protective concrete barriers. They seem to have their own rules that allow them to everlap at will or ride against the flow of traffic.

I hope his colleagues didn't swarm the motorist the way they do.

It’s sad we have accepted Boda breaking all traffic laws of the land to a point we are rationalizing and justifying it!
Hope the driver was not roughed up coz that stretch has 2 Boda “stages” within a stretch of 1km.
