According to the little bird and as a matter of fact the word on the grapvine, the Germans got feed up by the letter headed letters from the office of the president, ministry of sports, ministry of transportation and other kalenjin PSs ordering them to grant visas to unqualified kalenjin youths.
How true this is I cannot ascertain but it bears lots of credence going by how these folks operate.
