So far najua like 3 types. Kuna ata ile hupikwa na gathufu kiasi na ingine inafaa kuzindikishwa na cream or milk and lastly one that doesn't need much help to bring out the flavour, au sio @Introvert

Having been raised in an environment where fis/Rech is consumed in plenty, Omena rejected me when I was a kid, I consume Ofulu, kamongo, mbuta, ngenge, trout from sagana, nguru, papa, pweza, shrimps, oysters, tuna, sardines, salmon but omena is where I draw the line.The skill to prepare it and know the different kinds of omena is key.
