Wakenya Wamechoka

Dear IMF,
Kenya is a sovereign country with a constitution.
I'm hereby by writing to you about a loan you processed and you're to dispense it next week.

Let me remind you that Chapter One of the constitution of Kenya 2010, clause 1 (1) All sovereign power belongs to the people of Kenya.
Clause 1 (2) People can exercise their sovereign power either directly or through democratically elected representative.

The constitution is very clear THE PEOPLE HAVE THE ABSOLUTE SOVEREIGN POWER and they can exercise that POWER DIRECTLY. All Kenyan citizen of good moral stand please with you to stop processing the loan which the elected representative had sought from you.

Kenyan citizen has taken their constitutional right to exercise their sovereign power.

Yours sincerely
Ithe Wa Mbeca

But protest should start from the ballot. Kenyans are accomplices in the crime against them
No. Protests start this way. Then it's taken all the way to the ballot. If we wait to go protesting at the ballot, there will be no Kenya to go balloting for. The debtors will have come for their pound of flesh...

Tunisia: It took just one guy to ignite the revolution...after they had protested quietly for years and years.

But Kenyans, with their timidity, are not from planet earth.
