That's unfortunately very late to diagnose it. A good pediatric should have discovered this after birth or during post natal clinics. My buddy had a similar case over two decades ago. Doctor recommended correction before year 2. The young man doesn't even know he had the procedure. He's doing us proud every time we see him with a damsel.
