Such people were exempted from the curfew.

The one truck driver I saw being stopped,from the safety of my dwellings,only had his pockets picked clean by a group of AP at around 11 pm. No beating,no asking for papers no explanations. Just a simple leta yote unayo.
But the cops that took my award were those who entered a certain club in my neighbourhood (they were selling on the sly behind licked doors) and proceeded to open the said door to every customer. They then relieved the would be drunks of all their cash before instructing them to disappear faster than NYS cash...
