Fatal accident which has just happened at lunzuwa bridge in mpulungu district involving two people a lady and a man who happened to be the driver of the truck a lady died on the spot and the body is still inside the truck officers from fire brigade are trying to retrieve the body but they have failed since 09:00hrs the accident happened but the driver only one leg has broken.
