The great satan is imploding due to moral decadence, without a push from outside, it's in a decline and even they know it, whenever liberals mindset is in place, decay is unavoidable.

I think Gorbachev deserves a good legacy. USSR as it was then couldn't hold up and the people of the former Soviet States appreciate more the breaking up of the Federation.
