As per Viktor Orban:

The number one issue in Western politics is freedom of the citizens.

The number one issue in Russian politics is how to keep the country together and preserve their culture in a hostile world. Freedom is maybe second or third, just another in the list of issues.

The Russians will not get rid of Putin in the name of freedom like America thinks.
