Otherwise called the Winter solstice is happening today.
Yaani ndiyo kumekucha at around 08:30 asubuhi na by saa tisa na nusu in the afternoon it will be dark again.
It's worse in Norway, Iceland,Russia, Finland etc.. huko the last time they saw the sun was probably in October na hawaioni mpaka February plus it's sub zero temperatures throughout and you're up to your tits in snow!
Hii quality of life the UN keeps using to rank countries is beyond my comprehension.

Spare a thought for your relatives in those countries and make a point to say hello to them today.

Winter is a very lonely time and it's made worse this year by Corona and its new strains.

Very true. In the same places, summer time kuna one to two weeks wanaenda bila Giza kuingia. Saa sita usiku ka-solar kameshika unajaribu kuambia watoto waende wakalale hawaelewi... kikikikkkk

Sasa wewe Kabuda, even if we have those 4 extra hours of daylight per day everyday, hapa equatorial, haitusaidii na kitu. It just prolongs our day of suffering. Therefore, we just sit and wait for darkness so that go to sleep🥴
