they have alot of pressure. kenya airways pays its captains less than 500k monthly. most of the guys flying from Wilson Airport have no permanent jobs, they fly politicians may be thrice per week, for 30k per flight, and can spent 3 weeks without flying. Maisha ya pilot ni ngumu sana
