In an act of shrinkflation, the manufacturers of Nuvita biscuits reduced the size and number of bisciits in their kadogo packets. An unhappy tiktoker called Michelle posted a rant on Tiktok which sparked off other posts including one that showed they had also stolen the cream outof their cream biscuits, leaving only a dot.
The matter would have fizzled out Nuvita management, instead of engaging Michelle, caled her mother and threatened to have the daughter jailed if she did not pull down the post.
She has posted another video in response to the threat and, needless to say, they are getting a lot of publicity.
I wonder who their PR advisor is.
