The point is we all have different tastes and preferences. So you might not understand why I follow Top Gear . In the same way, I don't understand how someone listens to classic every morning or Patanisho or Mbusi.
So why do you follow top gear?

The presenters. Their different personalities played off of each other in such an authentic, entertaining way that could never be scripted or replicated. BBC quickly realized this when they tried to continue the show without them. It was never about the cars but the presenters.
