@Denis Young Who do we believe here; Veterinary Doctors or a fake Phd? If the experts don't know what diseases are being vaccinated against, who else knows apart from Ruto? I knew Ruto was a fraud the day he okayed GMOs just a few weeks after taking office, without consulting with anyone. The man is an impostor who is afraid of being found out. That is the reason he avoids dealing with experts.
