Sio chokora na sio boys, its actually grown men who park cars and many of them can be trusted. Some people have used them for years. Kama hapo nation center some people know 2 or 3 of them for years and they just drive there, jump out of the car and hand over the keys to them.

those guys never really park peoples cars, they just double park and leave the actual parking spots for other paying drivers. When someone wants to remove their blocked car they just move your car to double park elsewhere and leave the parking spot for someone else. Others probably had their mufflers removed and have never realised to date
