Education CS George Magoha has announced new Academic calendar for 2021. In a statement, the CS said that Term three will start in May, 2021.
All students will resume school on January 4th,2021after spending close to 10 months at home following the directive by President Kenyatta which was declared unlawful by court early last month.
Ministry of Education also stated that all grade 4 learner's will transition to grade 5 in July, 2021
Form one students are expected to join their respective school in July after their National results will be out.
Term Two is expected to last 11 weeks after which students will break on March 19 for a one week holiday.
According to the statement, the students will have a seven weeks holiday after 2022's Term three, from March 5, 2022 to April 24, 2022.
