Nairobi County Government has dumped a truckload of garbage outside the commercial offices of the Kenya Power Company. They've also parked several other trucks full of festering garbage around the offices, fouling the air in the process. Their action follows the company's disconnecting power to NBO County Govt's facilities over an unpaid Shs 3B power bill. It is being reported that the couty govt's parking attendants are cramping every Kenya Power vehicle they find parked in the city.
